Andra Day is a phenomenal singer, songwriter and actress. There are many songs I enjoy but her live performances are also awesome. Miss Day is being featured in the upcoming Lee Daniel’s film about the late great Billie Holiday.
This song is needed during these times, especially with a pandemic being at the forefront. It centers around a woman expressing unconditional, undying love for another and cautions against looking for comfort in all the wrong places. It is a beautiful ballad!
